Key responsibilities:

* Coordinate PPM schedules, reactive callouts, and follow-on remedial works

* Manage engineer diaries across multi-site and national contracts

* Ensure all jobs are delivered in line with SLA/KPI targets

* Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) and job completion

* Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues

* Maintain accurate records within service management systems

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Comfortable working within process-led, high-volume environments

This opportunity offers:

* Hybrid working (Edinburgh-based)

* More ownership and visibility than typically found in larger organisations

* Join a business where your input will directly impact service performance
