Greys Specialist Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, independent estate agency in South Manchester who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator into their high-performing Didsbury office.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven position within a market-leading branch, offering the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of residential stock, including higher-value homes and new developments. You will take full ownership of your own portfolio, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
The Role
Generate new business and win instructions
Conduct viewings and build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Negotiate offers and agree sales
Progress transactions through to completion
Maximise revenue through cross-selling (mortgages, referrals, additional services)
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process

Requirements
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential property sales
* Proven track record in a target-driven environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning business
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Based within commutable distance of South Manchester
