I’m currently partnering with a client that is effectively rewriting the rulebook for high-performance recruitment.

Formed through the strategic merger of several top-tier specialist agencies, they’ve combined "big brand" global outreach with the disruptive, high-energy culture of a boutique. They are the undisputed leaders in Data and AI, and I am looking for a heavyweight Senior Perm/ Principal Consultant to take over a warm, high-value Software Engineering desk.

The "No-BS" Financials

My client has one of the most transparent and aggressive structures I have seen in the London market. They’ve binned the thresholds and the complicated tiers.

It is a flat 40% commission. * Bill £100k → Earn £40k in commission.

Bill £250k → Earn £100k in commission.
