As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering design and consultancy services. You will work across the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion, lead on technical aspects, mentor junior staff, engage with clients, and help raise standards of technical excellence within the team. This role demands someone with solid experience in building services electrical design, strong commercial and sustainability awareness, along with sharp communication skills both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the electrical engineering aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
* Act as Project Leader on selected projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that electrical design meets client expectations, regulatory requirements and internal technical standards.
* Produce, review and deliver electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, load schedules, lighting designs, power distribution, LV/HV systems (where applicable), embedded generation/renewables integration.
* Ensure compliance with British & European standards, Building Regulations, CIBSE guidelines, BREEAM, HTMs (where relevant) and internal standards.
* Mentor, guide and develop junior electrical engineers and technicians; review their work and support their progression.
