A leading London-based footwear business is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end brand marketing across two footwear portfolios — a performance-led owned brand and a globally recognised licensed lifestyle brand.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape brand strategy, drive integrated campaigns and deliver measurable growth across ecommerce and wholesale channels.
The Role
You’ll own the brand marketing strategy and execution, delivering standout campaigns, product launches and digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, ecommerce growth and retail sell-through.
Working closely with product, ecommerce and wholesale teams, you’ll connect brand storytelling with commercial performance.

What We’re Looking For
*
7+ years’ marketing experience with strong brand marketing leadership
*
Background in footwear, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
*
Proven experience delivering campaigns across ecommerce (DTC) and wholesale
*
Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance analytics
*
Experience working with licensed brands or international partners is a plus
