Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised restaurant group to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager for their London team.

This is a high-impact role reporting into the Head of Marketing, where you'll take ownership of a key marketing channel across a portfolio of well-loved brands and locations. You'll be at the forefront of driving commercial performance, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing guest engagement.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Digital, Social, CRM and Operations, you'll help shape strategic direction while delivering standout, integrated campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Brand

Develop and lead channel strategy aligned to commercial objectives
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints
Support key initiatives including menu launches, pricing and value positioningCampaigns & Execution

Plan and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Own the marketing calendar, aligning activity with wider business priorities
Collaborate closely with Digital, CRM and Operations teams for seamless deliveryPerformance & CRM

Take ownership of channel performance across all owned platforms
Work with data and CRM teams to drive segmentation and personalisation
Set KPIs, analyse performance and continuously optimise activityPartnerships & Local Activation

Lead partnerships, brand activations and local marketing initiatives
Ensure all activity is commercially focused and aligned to brand standardsLeadership & Stakeholder Management

Act as a senior voice across the business and manage external agencies
Support, mentor and develop junior team membersGovernance

Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting with a strong commercial lens

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, retail, leisure or multi-site consumer brands
A strong track record of delivering commercially impactful marketing strategies
Expertise across integrated campaigns, CRM, owned channels and performance marketing
Confident stakeholder manager with experience leading agencies and complex projects
Highly commercial, data-driven and results focused
