They're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our London-based team, reporting into the Head of Marketing. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for leading one of this group's core restaurant marketing streams across multiple sites and brands.
You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for your channel-driving commercial performance, brand strength, and guest engagement across a diverse and growing portfolio.
Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Social and Restaurant Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping their wider marketing direction while delivering high-impact, integrated campaigns.
Key Areas of Focus:
Brand & Strategy
Own and evolve channel strategy, translating commercial goals into insight-led plans
Ensure consistent, compelling brand execution across all touchpoints
Support menu launches, pricing and value positioningCampaigns & Delivery
Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Manage the marketing calendar and align with wider business activity
Partner with Operations, Digital and CRM to ensure effective executionChannels, CRM & Performance
Own channel performance across all owned platforms
Work with CRM/data teams on segmentation and personalisation
Set KPIs, analyse results and optimise future activityPartnerships & Local Marketing
Deliver partnerships, activations and local marketing initiatives
Ensure all activity is commercially driven and on brandLeadership & Stakeholders
Act as a senior partner across teams and manage agencies
Support and develop junior team membersGovernance & Standards
Manage budgets, forecasting and reportingExperience Needed:
Proven senior marketing experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or multi-site consumer brands
Strong track record of delivering end-to-end strategy with commercial impact
Expertise across integrated campaigns, CRM, owned channels and performance marketing
Confident stakeholder manager with experience leading agencies, budgets and complex projects
