Description
The Senior Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth.
Take ownership of campaign planning, budgeting, and performance optimisation.
Produce engaging, high-quality content including videos, graphics, blogs, and case studies.
Administer and refine HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless MQL-to-SQL transitions.
Measure and analyse KPIs, traffic, engagement, and conversions, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Utilise AI tools and marketing technology to scale content creation and campaign delivery.
Offer strategic insights and thought leadership to influence market positioning.Profile
A successful Senior Marketing Manager should have:
Proven experience within SaaS
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and platforms - you will be setting the strategy and then executing, so must be happy rolling up your sleeves!
Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the marketing field.
