Senior Marketing Executive

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time considered - you will need to be available to travel and stay overnight to accommodate events and exhibitions across the UK.
Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Bonus: Quarterly company bonus scheme
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Marketing Executive within the UK assistive technology sector.

The role has been created to strengthen marketing capability across campaigns, digital activity, content creation and events. The organisation provides specialist technology solutions that support accessibility and inclusion across education, workplace and public sector environments.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for an experienced marketer who enjoys combining creativity, digital marketing, content creation and event delivery in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of marketing activity that supports lead generation and commercial growth.

Working closely with sales and leadership teams, you will plan and deliver campaigns, create engaging content, manage digital channels and support events, ensuring all activity delivers measurable results.

This is a varied role suited to someone confident operating at a senior level, combining strategic input with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Content

Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
Create engaging content including copy, graphics, video and promotional materials
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

Digital Marketing & Website Management

Manage website content, landing pages and digital updates
Support social media activity and online engagement
Improve digital visibility and campaign performance
Website design and coding experience (HTML/CSS or similar) is desirable

Design & Video Content

Produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
Create and edit video content for campaigns and social media
Ensure all creative output is high-quality and on-brand

Lead Generation & CRM

Manage inbound leads from digital channels and tracking tools
Qualify and prioritise leads to support sales conversion
Work closely with sales teams to maximise opportunities
Track campaign performance within CRM systems

Email Marketing & Collateral

Create email campaigns and marketing templates
Produce presentations, brochures and digital assets
Support customer engagement activity

Events & Exhibitions

Attend UK-wide events, exhibitions and demonstrations
Support planning, setup and post-event follow-up
Capture content during events to support lead generation
Flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends and overnight stays

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
Track campaign effectiveness and conversion metrics
Provide insights to support future marketing activity

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience
Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject (minimum 2:1)
Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Proven video editing and content creation experience (essential)
Experience across digital marketing, campaigns or social media
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Commercial awareness and lead generation understanding
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Experience in technology, education, accessibility, B2B or public sector marketing is beneficial but not essential.
