Are you an experienced Heating Engineer looking to move into the fast-growing renewable energy sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business delivering high-quality Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and central heating installations across residential and retrofit projects.
We’re seeking a Senior Heating Engineer to take the lead on installations, ensuring each system is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and commission Air Source Heat Pumps and central heating systems.

Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and system maintenance.
*
Supervise on-site works, ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times.
*
Work closely with project teams to deliver efficient, high-quality installations.
*
Support and guide junior engineers or apprentices where needed.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or Installer.
*
Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump systems
*
Basic mechanical or plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3).
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
