Senior Healthcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support care staff on shift

* Deliver personal care and medication support

* Monitor residents’ health, wellbeing, and behaviour

* Complete care plans, risk assessments, and documentation

* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance

* Promote independence, dignity, and person-centred care

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)

* Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant

* Experience in elderly care, dementia, or supported living

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Up-to-date training and a valid DBS (preferred)
