Senior Healthcare Assistant (Medication Trained) - Care homes
Resilience Personnel is recruiting experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency shifts in care homes across the UK, including day and night shifts.
Role responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality personal care to residents
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes
* Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
* Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
* Carrying out basic clinical duties as required
Requirements:
* Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home
* Flexible, reliable, and person-centred approach
