Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants (SHCAs) to join our growing team. You will be working in residential and/or nursing home settings, supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
*
Must have prior experience assisting with Care Plans
*
Supporting with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and other equipment
*
Monitoring and recording observations, such as fluid intake, temperature, and behavior
*
Promoting independence and providing emotional support
*
Assisting with mealtimes and nutrition needs
*
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns to senior staff
*
Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
Requirements:
*
Minimum 6 months UK experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting
*
Prior experience with Care Plans
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
*
Eligibility to work in the UK
*
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
