Senior Construction Manager - Civils

We are looking for someone driven, hands-on with clear Project Management experience at execution stage, to lead the a Major Project.

These roles suit individuals who are visible on site, lead by example, and are not afraid to get involved to keep works moving.

You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day duties on site in a hands-on capacity.

*

Driving gangs and subcontractors to meet programme.

*

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

*

Planning and coordinating works, labour, plant, and materials.

*

Supporting the Project Manager with progress updates and sequencing.

About You

*

Proven experience as a Works Manager or General Foreman in civils.

*

Background in concrete or earthworks.

*

Strong leadership experience.

*

Comfortable being on site and involved in the detail.

*

Willing to travel or be based in the Midlands.

*

SMSTS / SSSTS / First Aid (preferred)
