Senior Construction Manager – Major Leisure Construction Scheme

We are recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager to join a leading UK main contractor delivering a high-profile leisure development in Surrey.
This role will see you taking a lead position on a technically complex project involving the construction of a large structural enclosure and associated infrastructure works forming part of a major new attraction scheme.
This is a site-based role requiring strong programme leadership, subcontractor management, and stakeholder coordination within a live environment.
The Role
Lead day-to-day site delivery on a major construction package
Manage subcontractors, logistics, sequencing, and programme performance
Drive health & safety, quality, and build standards across the project
Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams
Ensure works progress in line with programme milestones and technical requirements
Provide strong leadership to site teams and package managers
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager / Project Manager on large commercial or complex build projects
Background working for a main contractor on structural or large-scale building schemes
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme control
Experience delivering projects in live or logistically constrained environments desirable
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and relevant construction qualifications required
