Based in Wimbledon, they create market-leading platforms that connect senior decision-makers with the latest innovations, insights, and commercial opportunities.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Commercial Manager to join the Retail Technology Show (RTS) team.

Working alongside three sales colleagues, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth across one of the UK's leading retail exhibitions. You'll be responsible for selling exhibition space, sponsorship, and advertising solutions while building long-term partnerships with leading retail brands and technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive exhibition stand, sponsorship, and advertising sales across RTS.

* Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.

* Develop and grow relationships with existing clients.

* Sell tailored commercial solutions to retail technology brands.

* Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

* Meet clients to understand their business objectives.

* Produce compelling sales proposals and presentations.

* Develop account plans for key clients and growth opportunities.

* Manage client relationships throughout the event cycle.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

* Support marketing and sales campaigns to drive growth.
