Location: Worthing
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
* 8:00am – 2:00pm
* 8:00am – 8:00pm
* 8:00pm – 8:00am
(Must be flexible to cover both day and night shifts)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a residential home supporting younger adults with mental health needs and drug and alcohol misuse challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs
* Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
* Administer medication and maintain accurate records
* Lead and support care staff during shifts
* Ensure compliance with care plans and safeguarding standards
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
* Previous experience in a similar care setting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts
