Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
* Lead your shift to maintain high standards of care and support your team
* Promote best practice and address any poor practice within the team
* Deliver person centred care to all residents
* Report to Home Manager on home operations
Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:
* 2 years of Senior care assistant experience within a care home setting
* NVQ Level 3
