Senior Accountant – Hospitality Sector (Finance for Restaurants, Bars, and Hotels)
Salary: £50,000 – £57,500. Full‑time, Permanent
Location: East Croydon (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office).
Are you an experienced accountant in hospitality?
Join a specialist accountancy practice working with renowned restaurants and hotels. You’ll be the key liaison between UK clients and an outsourced accounting team in India, ensuring accurate financial delivery and hands-on support when needed.
Day to day role:
* Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of hospitality clients.
* Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services — ensuring accuracy, timeliness and insight.
* Review and finalise management accounts and year‑end accounts.
* Use Business Central (Dynamics 365) to manage core finance workflows, improve reporting and support better decision‑making.
* Bridge communication between UK clients and the offshore accounting team in India.
* Provide proactive advisory support to help restaurants and hotels manage cashflow, forecasting and operational finance needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience in preparing accounts for the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, bars).
* Excellent client-facing communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
* Familiarity with offshore accounting teams (preferably in India) a plus.
* Enjoys a varied role, can manage deadlines, and understands the pace of hospitality finance.
