Our client is a modern, partner-led accounting and advisory practice working with a wide mix of SMEs, private companies, and high-net-worth individuals. With a highly regarded London office and a reputation for technical excellence, they combine traditional practice expertise with proactive, commercially minded client support.
Now, they are building their Edinburgh office into a flagship hub—and are looking for someone who wants to be at the centre of that growth.
Why This Role Is Unique
This is not a standard practice role. It’s an opportunity for a qualified accountant who wants:
*
Autonomy – genuine influence over how the Edinburgh team grows.
*
Impact – build and shape an office from a small, highly capable team into a thriving practice.
*
Equity & long-term progression – a clear route to becoming a key senior figure in the firm.
*
Variety – ownership of client relationships, complex accounts, and strategic advisory work.
*
Collaboration – cross-office support from an established London team as the Edinburgh hub scales.
It’s ideal for someone coming from a small or mid-sized practice background—or someone in a large firm who is ready to escape the bureaucracy and make their mark.
