About the Role
We are seeking a confident and adaptable KS3/4 Teacher to join a positive, forward-thinking school that prides itself on its inclusive ethos and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will teach a class with a range of SEND and medical needs, while managing a diverse and experienced staff team. You'll need to be confident in leading others, maintaining high standards of classroom practice, and promoting a culture of care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated Numeracy, Literacy, and topic-based lessons for low-ability KS3/4 learners.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, who will manage students' daily care and routines.
Support pupils with a variety of SEND and medical needs, ensuring learning is inclusive and accessible.
Lead and motivate the classroom team, promoting collaboration and consistency.
Maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
Uphold and model the school's ethos of happiness, inclusivity, and respect.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
Has experience supporting KS3/4 students with SEND and medical needs.
Demonstrates strong classroom leadership and staff management skills.
Quickly builds rapport with students and colleagues.
Delivers creative, adaptive lessons tailored to individual needs.
Lives and breathes the school's positive and inclusive ethos.
