Spencer Clarke Group is expanding its network of SEN Tutors across Warrington to deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition and educational support through local authority and school-funded programmes.
This is a flexible role where you'll work with pupils outside of mainstream education, delivering sessions in homes, libraries, and other suitable community settings.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual SEN needs
Support pupils to improve confidence and academic progress
Build positive relationships with pupils and families
Provide feedback following each tutoring session
Experience We're Looking For
SEN or SEND experience
Autism (ASC) and ADHD
SEMH support
EHCP-funded provision
Functional Skills
GCSE Maths and/or English
Behaviour support and learner engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
