The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
* Use creative and innovative approaches to help pupils achieve their full potential
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
We're Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEN, or a strong interest in specialist education
✅ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✅ A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
✅ Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
✅ Commitment to helping every pupil succeed
