What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience in SEN settings is ideal, but a strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome
* A nurturing, positive attitude
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* The ability to adapt quickly and build rapport with pupils who have unique learning profiles
