Semi-Senior Accountant – Practice – Hertfordshire

About the Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Trainee Accountant to join their team who will be offered a variety of work.

About the Responsibilities:

This role will involve:

* Completing P11Ds and submitting to HMRC

* Personal Tax Returns

* VAT Returns

* Responding to technical accounting and finance related queries from clients

* Providing a friendly point of contact to clients

* Bookkeeping and preparation of year end accounts

About the Applicant:

You will have:

* Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS102) & current UK Tax system

* All levels of study welcome to apply

* Must have 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice

* Experience of IRIS preferrable but not required.

* Experience of Xero/Sage/Quickbooks.

* Study Support contract available on completion of probation
