Our NHS client based in Swindon is currently seeking 2 Security Warden's to join the team as soon as possible!
The role is due to start as soon as possible and will be a temporary on going position.
There following shift patterns will be available:-
· 07:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday
· 13:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday
The pay rate for the role is £12.21 per hour (due to increase to £12.71 as from 1st April)
We are looking for candidates to provide temporary basic security coverage on site. The role involves guarding and monitoring access to areas of the hospital where essential door maintenance work is taking place.
These positions are crucial in ensuring the safety and security of staff, patients and visitors during the maintenance period and an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and control access to designated areas of the hospital
· Ensure doors under maintenance remain secure at all times
· Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorised access
· Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or concerns
· Liaise with hospital staff and maintenance teams as required
We are looking for candidates who have previous security and/or customer service experience, as mentioned above an Enhanced DBS check will also be required.
