Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to take full senior leadership responsibility for the Service Department at an established NSI Gold security installer.
This is a key role overseeing service delivery, technical standards, NSI compliance, and overall service performance across a portfolio of security systems.
Based at the firms newly established offices, this position offers an excellent working environment and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping service operations, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop service engineers, helpdesk, and service coordination teams
* Ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, PMV, and productivity targets
* Act as the Nominated Technical Manager within an NSI-regulated environment
* Provide senior-level technical escalation support (remote and on-site)
* Drive recurring service revenue and improve operational efficiency
* Act as the senior escalation point for key security clients
* Manage day-to-day people matters including holidays, sickness, and attendance
* Work closely with the Head of HR on wider people and performance processes
* Maintain high technical, compliance, and customer service standards
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Operations Manager
* Strong technical background in security systems including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control
* Experience working within NSI or regulated security environments
* Commercially aware, hands-on leader with excellent people management skills
* Confident communicator able to engage with engineers, clients, and senior stakeholders
