Tate is recruiting for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Security Officer to join a well-established organisation, working on-site at their business premises.

You will be the face of security on site, providing a calm, personable and reassuring presence externally, while demonstrating the attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility required to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
The Role
Monitoring CCTV and security systems
Carrying out routine patrols
Managing access control and welcoming visitors
Supporting reception duties
Logging deliveries and vehicle movements
Responding to incidents and alarms
Ensuring compliance with procedures
Maintaining accurate records
Working collaboratively within the teamAbout You
Minimum 3 years' experience
SIA Licence and/or CCTV Licence (or equivalent)
Calm and professional approach
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes
Customer-facing confidence
