As a Security Engineer, you will play an essential role in delivering first class security installations and support services. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining CCTV, access control, and associated security systems across various client sites.

Working closely with colleagues from engineering and sales, you will ensure our customers receive reliable, high quality solutions and exceptional service.

About the RoleSystem Installation:

• Install CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, door hardware, mechanical/electrical locking systems, and automatic doors across multiple client environments.

Configuration & Testing:

• Configure systems, perform functional testing, and ensure all installations operate to the highest standards.

Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution:

• Diagnose faults and carry out effective corrective actions to restore system functionality.

Maintenance & Support:

• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing technical support to maximise system uptime and reliability.

Collaboration:

• Work alongside sales and engineering teams to provide technical insight and ensure effective project delivery.

Project Coordination:

• Manage day to day tasks across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality expectations.

Customer Service:

• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a customer focused approach.

Compliance:

• Ensure all installations follow industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience with CCTV and access control systems

• Understanding of industry standards and best practices

• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

• Valid driver’s licence

• Willingness to travel across the region

• ECS certification
