Security Engineer - UK WIDE, not one fixed loaction
£37,500 – £50,000 DOE + Van + Bonus + Career Progression
Are you an experienced Security Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? - This is a UK WIDE position, not one fixed loaction.
Our client is a long-established perimeter security specialist with over 100 years of heritage and a reputation for delivering high-quality, technically advanced security solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are building a new engineering team – offering genuine long-term progression as the team expands.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved from concept through to commissioning, working with leading manufacturers including Gallagher, Axis, Hanwha and PAC.
⭐ Experience working with a DNO (Distribution Network Operator) would be a major advantage.
⚠️ Important Requirement
This role involves working away from home up to 4 nights per week.
You must be willing and able to stay away regularly.

🛠 The Role Will Include:

Installation and commissioning of Gallagher Pulse Fence Systems, control systems, hardware and software
*
Installation of CCTV and Access Control systems
*
Preparing technical documentation and configuring equipment prior to deployment
*
Maintenance of installed systems and associated documentation
*
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
*
Supporting the senior team in improving procedures and service delivery
*
Working across a large UK portfolio of sites
You’ll split your time between site work and occasional office-based support.
👤 What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience installing Gallagher, CCTV and Access Control systems
*
DNO experience (highly desirable)
*
CSCS card
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
*
Strong team ethic and professional manner
*
Ability to pass CRB and security checks
*
A flexible approach and willingness to travel extensively
