Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electronic security projects from initial survey through to handover, being predominantly site-based.

Working closely with clients, suppliers, engineers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical and operational standards.

The role will suit an individual with a strong background in the construction industry alongside security experience, who combines excellent leadership skills with commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of construction project delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Managing projects from conception through to completion

* Coordinating engineering teams and subcontractors

* Managing project budgets and commercial performance

* Client relationship management and stakeholder communication

* Resource planning and programme management

* Procurement and supplier coordination

* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures

* Maintaining high levels of health & safety throughout project delivery
