Prospero Teaching are looking for an adaptable Secondary Tutor to deliver 1:1 educational support to a learner in Warrington.
This is an opportunity for a confident educator who can provide structured tuition across the secondary curriculum while tailoring sessions to the learner's individual strengths and areas for development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised 1:1 tuition
Support relevant secondary curriculum subjects
Plan engaging and differentiated lessons
Identify learning gaps and areas for development
Adapt teaching strategies according to learner progress
Encourage confidence and positive learning habits
Provide regular feedback on progress
Requirements
Previous experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged learners
Good knowledge of the secondary curriculum
Experience supporting learners with additional needs desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible and engaging teaching style
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Right to Work in the UK
