Our education recruitment agency is working with a number of well-established secondary schools in Tunbridge Wells who are seeking adaptable and reliable Secondary Teachers for day-to-day supply cover.
This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy the classroom but want flexibility, variety and a better work-life balance without the full responsibilities of a permanent post.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintaining a focused and respectful classroom environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Providing brief feedback to departments at the end of the day
We're looking for teachers who:
Hold QTS or an equivalent secondary teaching qualification
Are confident working with KS3 and KS4 students
Can quickly adapt to new schools and classroom settings
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
