Teaching Tomorrow is recruiting adaptable and dependable Cover Teachers for secondary schools across West Oxfordshire. From a single day to a longer placement, every assignment offers fresh experiences without tying you to the same timetable week after week.

What you’ll be doing

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of secondary subjects
Keep students focused, motivated and on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school’s policies
Maintain a calm, safe and positive learning environment
Provide useful feedback to the regular teacher or school leadership

You’ll need

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
Recent experience within a UK secondary school
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
The flexibility to adapt quickly to different schools, subjects and year groups
