Your new role
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills and a background in Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity. This role sits within a major energy sector programme, supporting product managers, shaping delivery processes, and ensuring teams stay aligned, prioritised, and productive.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Kanban environments
Background in OT and Cybersecurity
Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
