Empowering Learning are seeking an organised and proactive Caretaker / Site Staff member for a secondary school in Waltham Forest. The role is ideal for someone with previous experience in caretaking, site management, or facilities maintenance who can support a safe, well-maintained school environment.

You will:

Maintain the school site to high standards, including cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep

Support health and safety compliance across the school

Operate and maintain school equipment, including light maintenance tasks

Support day-to-day operational needs such as deliveries, setting up events, and supervising access to buildings

You will need:
