We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable School Caretaker to join a welcoming school in Stockport on a long-term basis starting 11th June.
Working Hours (Split Shift):
7:00am - 10:00am
2:00pm - 6:00pmThe successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for staff and pupils.
Duties will include:
Opening and locking the school premises
General maintenance and basic repairs
Health & safety checks
Site security and alarm systems
Supporting with deliveries and site upkeep
Liaising with contractors where requiredThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous caretaker/site supervisor experience, ideally within a school setting
Good maintenance and DIY skills
Knowledge of health & safety procedures
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
