Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

Ideally applicants will have sales experience within engineering/manufacturing.

The Job you’ll do

* Responsible for managing the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for the company’s products and services.

* This role supports the sales team by ensuring all estimates align with project requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.

* Responsibilities to include:

* Team Leadership & Supervision.

* Reporting & KPIs.

* Cost Estimation and Preparation.

* Sales Support.

* Order Processing.

* Customer Communication.

* Technical Documentation.

* Sales Reporting.

About You

* Proven experience in a technical estimating, sales support or project costing role.

* Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Strong time management and prioritisation skills

* Well organised and punctual

* Excellent people/communication skills

* A 'can-do' attitude and a keenness for professional self-development

* A thirst to take on growing responsibilities and projects.
