We're seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy New Car Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a successful dealership, ensuring every vehicle order, customer record, and delivery process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This isn't a sales position. Instead, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes, providing vital administrative support that helps the sales team deliver an outstanding customer journey.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the New Car Sales team
✅ Processing vehicle orders, paperwork, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail
✅ Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records in line with compliance requirements
✅ Managing customer enquiries professionally and ensuring a high level of service
✅ Updating CRM and internal systems, ensuring information is always accurate and up to date
✅ Supporting the team in meeting manufacturer standards and operational objectives
✅ Assisting colleagues during busy periods to help ensure seamless vehicle handovers and deliveries
What we're looking for:
✔ Previous administration experience, ideally within the automotive industry
✔ Excellent data entry skills and a strong eye for detail
✔ Confidence using CRM systems and multiple databases
✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
✔ A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
✔ Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
