What you’ll do:
* Own order processing and day‑to‑day account support (including sensitive accounts)
* Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery
* Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention)
* Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales
