The role
This position includes all aspects of sales order administration as well as customer care, support and service, and full support for out-of-office sales staff. This position is 100% office based.

Customer enquiries (phone, web forms & emails) - 15%
MSDS requests & checks - 15%
Customer portal administration - 6%
Sample requests - 6%
Transport control - 6%
Case files (complaint processing) - 6%
SOP administration - 3%
Price list production - 3%
Dashboard upkeep - 3%
Data uploads - 3%
Report production (e.g. CBAM reports) - 3%
Desired skills & experience
Strong and natural computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Especially competent in Excel
Good customer care skills
Ability to solve customer issues with maximum customer satisfaction
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Good mathematical skills
