I am looking for a Sales Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business within the plastics and polythene sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career, managing and developing a growing internal sales team.
Sales Supervisor
Location: Southampton (on-site)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Yearly bonus £300 - £1,000
20 days holiday + bank
Pension contribution: 3%

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of up to 7+ staff (Account Managers and Customer Service)
Develop, coach and mentor the internal sales team
Set direction, monitor performance and review KPIs
Drive additional growth across existing accounts
Work closely with wider teams to improve customer service and commercial output
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase sales performance
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team leader role
Knowledge of plastics / polythene products ideal
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercially aware with a focus on growth and performance
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and drive results
