Our client, a well-established, specialist flooring company based in Glasgow are recruiting for a Sales Specialist.

The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality LVT, wood, carpet and laminate flooring solutions to residential customers.

They are known for their exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge and hands-on approach, they are a growing and ambitious company with a loyal client base and strong local presence.

The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the business, guiding customers through their flooring journey from initial enquiry to installation.

You will:

* Engage with customers in-store, over the phone and via email to understand their needs

* Provide expert advice on LVT, wood, carpet and laminate flooring solutions

* Conduct home visits to measure spaces and provide tailored recommendations

* Manage the full sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

* Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

* Support with daily store operations, including assisting with deliveries when required

* Work towards and exceed sales targets to maximise performance bonus

What We’re Looking For

* Proven sales experience (flooring or home improvement experience is advantageous)

* Knowledge of flooring installation would be beneficial

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales

* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team

* A hands-on attitude and willingness to support wider store activities
