An established and growing B2B engineering business is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to strengthen and expand its sales function. The role focuses on winning more business, increasing revenue from existing clients and supporting the sales function.
This position is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional with experience in technical or engineering-led environments, proven account development & management and good sales process.
* Strong track record in B2B sales, including cold calling, new business development & account management
* Experience working within an engineering, technical or construction-related product or service environment (highly desirable)
* Ability to balance new business acquisition with effective management of existing accounts
* Structured, organised and process-driven approach to sales
* Tenacious, proactive and results-focused mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence
