Getting a property transaction from reservation to completion takes more than chasing updates – it takes someone who can spot where a sale is stalling and knows exactly what needs to happen next. As a Sales Progressor, you’ll take ownership of that journey, keeping purchasers, solicitors, agents and internal teams moving towards a successful completion.

Working for an established Dorset housebuilder, you’ll be at the centre of multiple new-build transactions, with the responsibility and commercial influence to make a genuine difference to sales performance.

£35,000 salary, depending on experience
Plot commission taking expected earnings to circa £40,000
Permanent, full-time position with an established housebuilder
Take ownership of transactions from reservation right through to completion
Opportunity to move from estate agency or conveyancing into the new homes sector
Varied stakeholder contact across purchasers, solicitors, agents, mortgage advisers and internal teams
Your responsibilities as Sales Progressor

Progress reservations through exchange and legal completion, keeping transactions moving against agreed timescales

Liaise with estate agents and monitor chains where purchasers have properties to sell
Identify potential delays and chase searches, mortgage offers, enquiries and outstanding documentation
Maintain accurate transaction records and provide clear progress updates to sales and management teams
Help purchasers understand what is required at each stage while resolving blockages before they threaten completion
What we’re looking for in a Sales Progressor

Relevant experience within new homes, estate agency or residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of the property transaction process from reservation or offer through to completion
Experience managing multiple transactions, chains and competing deadlines simultaneously
Confidence communicating with purchasers, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisers
Ability to identify transaction delays, establish the next required action and drive matters forward commercially
If you know how to find the blockage, get the right people moving and keep property transactions on track, apply today for this Sales Progressor position in Wimborne.
