£35,000 OTE (Basic £31,500)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a senior figure within the Sales Progression function, balancing people leadership, operational oversight and hands-on expertise.
• Managing a reduced caseload of high-priority or complex files
• Acting as the first point of escalation for tricky or sensitive cases
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring Sales Progressors and Senior Progressors
• Conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and day-to-day guidance
• Monitoring pipeline data, forecasts and KPIs to keep exchanges on track
• Spotting process bottlenecks and helping shape smarter ways of working
• Working closely with other departments to improve onboarding and service delivery
• Building strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors and key partners

• Understand the full home-moving journey from instruction to completion
• Have supervisory, senior or team-lead experience (formal or informal)
