Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:
* Conduct property sales viewings and showcase listings to potential buyers.
* Register buyers and qualify prospective purchasers.
* Provide regular feedback to vendors and liaise between buyers and sellers.
* Book property valuations and maintain strong client relationships.
* Cross-sell mortgage services and arrange solicitor referrals.
* Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
