An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency in West Hampstead.
My client is a long-standing, multi-branch agency with a strong presence across North London. They are now looking to add a motivated and enthusiastic individual to their West Hampstead office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property, with strong earning potential through commission and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will:
• Have some previous estate agency experience (or a strong interest in property)
• Be confident speaking with clients and building relationships
• Have a positive, target-driven attitude
• Be well presented and professional
• Possess good communication and organisational skills
• Local knowledge of West Hampstead / NW London is beneficial but not essential
Package
• Competitive commission structure (8% on sales), realistic year 1 OTE of £40k
• Additional income through referrals & bonuses
