We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who really understands the luxury design world — interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and ultra-high-end retail. This role will suit someone with a deep knowledge and network within London’s design and architecture community.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position where you’ll be responsible for developing new business and strengthening relationships across the high-end interiors and design market in London.

Key responsibilities:

* Building and executing a clear sales strategy

* Identifying and securing new business across interior design, furniture, kitchen and bathroom categories

* Managing the full sales process, from first contact to closing

* Growing an existing network and opening doors to new partnerships

* Representing the business at meetings, events and industry gatherings

* Working closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions for clients

What We’re Looking For

* Strong background in luxury design, interiors or premium retail

* A well-established network in London (designers, architects, showroom, retail leads)

* A consultative sales style and genuine understanding of high-end design products

* Confident communicator who can build trust quickly

* Self-driven, commercially focused and comfortable working at pace

* Someone who enjoys working with creative professionals and premium brands
