My client is looking for a driven and commercially astute Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across London and the South-East. This role centres on delivering solution-led Building Management System (BMS) sales—identifying client needs and providing tailored, value-driven solutions across new-build developments, system upgrades, and competitor site conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth within the BMS and building automation sector
* Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
* Deliver solution-based sales across HVAC, ventilation, and building controls
* Engage with key stakeholders including M&E consultants, contractors, architects, OEMs, and system integrators
* Identify and convert competitor-controlled sites
* Position the company as a trusted, long-term solutions provider
About You
* Proven experience in technical sales (BMS, HVAC, or building services)
* Strong network across M&E consultants, contractors, and specification channels
* Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
* Ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions
